My journey took me across France, London, Malta, Italy, and Spain — shaping not only my expertise,

but also a multicultural and refined vision of beauty.

But over time, I realised something deeper:

True beauty is not only what you see.

It is what you feel.

This understanding slowly guided me toward a more holistic approach — one that goes beyond

appearance, and reconnects body, energy, and identity.

That journey became a transformation.

Physically, mentally, emotionally — I rebuilt myself.

And in that process, I discovered a new strength. A new vision.

I understood that movement is not just about the body.

It is a tool for confidence, healing, and empowerment.
